Perch House

Project Overview

Perch House is a sustainable micro-dwelling of less than 600 square feet organized through a compact vertical section. A 3D-printed cementitious shell works with CLT floors, platforms, and built-in storage to turn space between levels into useful circulation and inhabitable volume. Double-height areas, lofted rooms, tall glazing, and high-level openings preserve daylight, support passive air movement, and create spatial variety without increasing the building’s footprint.
