Casa Tridente

Project Overview

Casa Tridente reinterprets the Roman palazzina as two triangular residential buildings framing a shared courtyard. Community functions activate the ground level while offset building heights and angled forms introduce daylight, natural ventilation, and varied relationships between apartments and collective space. Roman brick, sand-toned masonry, wood, glass, and dark metal ground the project in its context. Adjustable balcony panels let residents redirect breezes and vary shade, privacy, and enclosure within individual units.
