Project Overview

Casa Lucerna reinterprets the courtyard house for contemporary coastal living. The residence wraps around a landscaped central courtyard and pool, creating an inward-facing environment where living spaces, glazing, decks, landscape, and water operate as a connected indoor-outdoor system. Deep overhangs and layered exterior spaces respond to Florida’s climate while maintaining privacy along the street edge.
