Project Overview

Lumen Grove is a mixed-use residential development organized from an active, community-facing ground floor to loft-style residences and apartments above. A glazed architectural core anchors the building and draws light into its shared spaces, while warm materials and integrated planting soften its urban scale. The project connects domestic life to the street through transparent frontage, layered housing types, and a clear vertical sequence from public to private space.
